Troubleshooting

Access Issues

I can't log in

  1. Verify you are using the correct credentials

  2. Check that Caps Lock is not active

  3. Verify that the account is not blocked

  4. Contact the administrator if the problem persists

The session expires too frequently

This is a security behavior. If necessary, contact the administrator to modify session timeouts.

Display Issues

Pages don't load correctly

  1. Reload the page (F5 or Cmd+R)

  2. Clear the browser cache

  3. Try in incognito mode

  4. Verify that JavaScript is enabled

  5. Check the browser console for errors

Data doesn't update

  1. Click the refresh button if available

  2. Reload the page

  3. Verify your internet connection

The menu is not visible

  1. Verify that JavaScript is enabled

Data Issues

Filters don't work

The page is slow

Timeout during operations

Action Issues

I can't save changes
