Authentication

This section describes the authentication process and security management in MOE.

Access

Login

1. Go to the login page

2. Enter your credentials (username/email and password)

3. Select your preferred language (optional)

4. Click "Login"

Forgotten Credentials

If you have forgotten your password, contact the system administrator.

Security

Sessions

MOE manages user sessions to maintain authentication. Sessions can be viewed and managed from the "Me" > "Sessions" section.

Logout

To exit the system:

1. Click on the profile icon in the top bar

2. Select "Logout"

Session Timeout

Sessions expire after a period of inactivity. If the session expires, you will need to log in again.

Permissions

MOE uses a granular permission system. Each user has specific permissions that determine:

• Which modules they can view

• Which actions they can perform

• Which data they can see

If you try to access a functionality for which you don't have permissions, you will see an "Access Denied" message.

Profile Management

From the "Me" section you can:

• View and modify your profile

• Change preferences

• Manage security (password, 2FA if available)

• View active sessions

• View network events
