Cashback entries represent individual cashback credits issued to players.

Viewing Entries

The cashback entries list shows:

• User: Player who received the cashback

• Campaign: Campaign that generated the entry

• Amount: Cashback amount

• Date: Issue date

• Status: Entry status (pending, issued, cancelled)

Filters

You can filter entries by:

• Time period

• User

• Campaign

• Status

• Amount

Entry Details

Clicking on an entry you can see:

• Complete entry details

• Change history

• Related transactions

• Notes and comments

Actions

On cashback entries you can perform:

• View: View details

• Edit: Modify status or details (if permitted)

• Cancel: Cancel an entry (if permitted)

• Export: Export data

Automatic Issuance

Cashback entries can be issued automatically based on campaign rules or manually by an operator.
