MOE (Management Operations Environment) is BetStarters' backoffice system, designed to manage all operational aspects of the betting platform.

What is MOE?

MOE is a comprehensive web application that allows administrators and operators to:

• Manage the network of agents, players, shops, and cashiers

• Configure and administer the game catalog

• Create and manage marketing campaigns and promotions

• Monitor financial transactions and wallets

• Analyze data through detailed reports

• Manage website content

• Monitor security and prevent fraud

• Manage compliance and regulations

Architecture

MOE is built with:

• Frontend: Angular (TypeScript)

• Libraries: PrimeNG for UI components

• Shared Libraries: libs/prime and libs/bs24

• Backend API: REST API Go

Permissions and Roles
